Today is Women’s Equality Day, and we wanted to take the opportunity to spotlight something true of this platform: the majority of our advisors are women who’ve built independent practices, often after years of doing this work in less flexible, less self-directed settings.

Running an advisory practice, even within a platform like ours, requires real business skill: managing a client base, developing a reading style and reputation, adapting to what clients need over time. That’s entrepreneurship, even when the work itself is spiritual or intuitive in nature.

We’re grateful for the advisors who’ve built their practices here, and for the trust clients place in them. Today felt like the right day to say so directly.
