Everclear Blog Feature: Meet Lisa Rusczyk

At Everclear, we love sharing the voices behind the intuition. Lisa Rusczyk (www.everclear.com/LisaRusczyk) is the creator and co-host of the podcast We’re All Psychic, a long-running show that explores intuition, spiritual curiosity, and the everyday magic of being human. We invited Lisa to share a bit about her journey and a practical exercise you can try on your own.

Do you think we are all psychic? That is the question we ask at the beginning of each episode of the podcast We’re All Psychic, which I created and now produce, engineer, and co-host with Dona Murphy. I had an earlier co-host, Misty, before Dona, yet Dona had already been on dozens of episodes when she teamed up with me.

Why would I do such a thing in 2019 as start a podcast, plainly stating the truth I believe in: we are all psychic? Intuition is at the root of all our conscious and unconscious decisions, I feel, whether we listen to it or not. Most people will agree that intuition exists, and it is no stretch to take it up a notch to the word psychic. I began this journey to meet like-minded people of all kinds, and I also wanted to learn, teach, and form connections. I have done all those things and more through my experiences with the podcast.

We are nearing 500 episodes. I never thought that would happen. We are a top-ten-percent podcast, and we have met the most amazing guests, like Tony Stockwell, Barbara With, Greg Sheehy, Brian Orlando, Kari Hohne, Nichole Bigley, the Common Mystics sisters, and, of course, the brilliant healers at Everclear who chose to come on the show. I also love to interview friends and random people I have just met who want to be on the show. Every guest has wisdom, and every spoken word carries the subtext of the intuition and soul behind it.

I am age fifty and live in Nashville, Tennessee, with two lovely, maybe a tad overweight cats. I have been a professional psychic reader for twenty years. Working with energy has brought me an inner peace and happiness I did not have before I began studying the mysteries. I do not remember having super unusual experiences as a child, but as a tween, I began learning palmistry and reading palms for fun. I was amazed that it worked, and I was hooked on divination and the mysterious things of life. I want to know.

Don’t you? Don’t we all? Deep down, I feel that connection we all have to one another. Do you?

Another big part of the podcast We’re All Psychic is teaching metaphysical and spiritual topics. I have made many episodes for people to learn tarot, pendulum, magic, palmistry, and more, and every single guest schools everyone.

Lastly, I have a tip for working with energy or using your psychic skills. I do think these are inherent skills, and I will be giving you tips in each blog post.

Today, I would love for you to think about your dreams and to think differently about them. Analyze a dream you have always pondered by looking at all the little details. For example, if you are at a party, what kind of party is it? What kinds of clothes are guests wearing? What food and drink are available? Who is there? What is on the walls, and if it is outdoors, what is going on outside? Then write down your personal associations with those details. That will help you begin to decode the language of your soul.

Thank you so much for reading my blog. I hope you might check out our podcast, We’re All Psychic, sponsored by Everclear. Our videos are on Spotify and YouTube, and the podcast is audio-only everywhere else. I hope you enjoy what you hear, that you want to know more, and that you can find your own answers to the mysteries of life and bring them forward into conscious awareness.

We are grateful to Lisa for sharing her story and her gentle approach to exploring intuition. If her words sparked something in you, we invite you to follow We’re All Psychic and to continue your own journey with the advisors here at Everclear. We look forward to featuring more of Lisa’s insights in future posts.

Welcome to We’re All Psychic

Dona’s Introduction

I’m Dona Murphy. You can find me on Everclear as Maria M and I believe intuition isn’t rare – it’s human. So, are we all psychic? Yes!

I’m a tarot practitioner for over 50 years, an intuitive life and relationship coach, and energy worker.  My style of reading, coaching and healing is designed to empower and enlighten. I combine my psychic intuition with real-world experience, a Northwestern University degree and a 20-year career in HR—to help people navigate life, relationships, and personal growth.

I’ve hosted my own radio show, The Aeon Café – Free Tarot Tuesdays, and appear regularly on 95.1 WIIL-FM. With compassion, insight, and a touch of humor, I help my clients trust their intuition and transform their lives—one reading at a time.

I’m thrilled to co-host the We’re All Psychic podcast with Lisa Rusczyk. We’re here for all of you with curious minds and open hearts, where tarot, intuition, science, and the mysteries of life and the universe come together. Through honest conversation, thoughtful exploration, and a touch of irreverent humor, our show is an invitation to question what you think you know, explore the unknown, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Each episode features conversations with guests from a broad range of backgrounds, skills, and lived experiences. Together, we explore spirituality, metaphysics, physics, consciousness, and the deeper questions that shape how we live, love, and understand the world.

Whether you’re just beginning to listen to your intuition or you’ve been following it for years, We’re All Psychic is a space for grounded insight, curiosity without dogma or prejudice, and meaningful conversations that expand perspective without telling you what to believe.

Pull up a chair. Join us as we ask the big questions!

Tarot Tip: It’s best to ask your questions with an open mind. We all have hopes and fears about outcomes, but your reader can share deeper, fuller answers if you’re open to all information that comes in. It’s also a great idea to ask open-ended questions. Rather than a “yes-or-no” question (though they have their place), phrase your questions so that you’ll receive useful information and guidance.

February Begins. So Can You.

There’s something quietly powerful about the first day of a new month. It doesn’t demand fireworks or resolutions, but it offers a pause. A chance to take a breath, check in, and decide what energy you want to carry forward.

February arrives with a different tone. Shorter than most months, yet emotionally dense, it invites intention. It asks what you’re ready to open your heart to, and what you’re finally willing to release. The beginning of February isn’t about starting over; it’s about starting aligned.

This moment is ideal for reflection and recalibration. Psychic insight helps you tune into where you are emotionally, what’s shifting beneath the surface, and what needs your attention next. When you move into a new month with awareness, clarity follows naturally.

You may feel called to:

  • Set emotional or energetic intentions
  • Release lingering doubts or attachments
  • Get clarity on love, timing, or direction
  • Protect your energy moving forward
  • Enter the month feeling grounded and aware

February doesn’t rush, it invites. When you begin with intention instead of uncertainty, the rest of the month unfolds with greater ease. A new month is a quiet opportunity. Take it.

Sometimes You Have to Look Back to Move Forward

Some days feel like déjà vu. Old feelings resurface. Familiar names cross your mind. Patterns you thought you outgrew suddenly return. Today is Backward Day, and it’s worth remembering that reflection isn’t a setback…it’s a signal.

Life doesn’t bring things back to punish you. It brings them back to be understood. When situations repeat, it’s often because there’s something unresolved beneath the surface. Ignoring it won’t make it disappear, but understanding it can finally set you free.

Backward moments invite awareness. They ask you to slow down and notice what’s looping instead of rushing ahead. Psychic insight helps you recognize these cycles, revealing what’s unfinished and why it still holds emotional weight.

You may find yourself:

  • Thinking about past relationships or conversations
  • Questioning decisions you thought were settled
  • Recognizing familiar emotional triggers
  • Feeling pulled to revisit old goals or dreams
  • Wondering why certain patterns won’t let go

Looking back isn’t about regret. It’s about recognition. Once you understand the lesson, the pattern loses its power. Psychic clarity helps you release what no longer serves you, so forward motion finally feels natural again. Sometimes, the way forward begins with understanding the past.

Indulge Your Intuition on National Chocolate Cake Day

There are moments when logic takes a back seat, and that’s not a weakness, it’s wisdom. You don’t need a spreadsheet to justify wanting chocolate cake. You don’t analyze every ingredient before taking the first bite. You trust the craving. You lean in. You enjoy it. Intuition works the same way.

On National Chocolate Cake Day, we’re celebrating indulgence without apology, especially when it comes to listening to yourself. That quiet inner voice doesn’t shout or demand proof. It nudges, it whispers, it lingers. And too often, we ignore it because we’re told we should have a reason for everything we feel.

But desire doesn’t always arrive with an explanation. Sometimes you’re drawn to someone without knowing why; Sometimes you feel uneasy even when everything looks fine on paper; Sometimes you just know… and that knowing deserves attention. Psychic insight helps translate those feelings into clarity, turning instinct into understanding.

Indulging your intuition doesn’t mean being reckless. It means trusting that your inner compass exists for a reason. Just like dessert, it’s meant to be enjoyed, not overanalyzed. When you allow yourself to listen without guilt, you create space for honesty, alignment, and real emotional satisfaction.

So today, have the cake. Ask the question. Follow the feeling.
If it feels right, it usually is.

Australia Day- Psychic Energy Knows No Borders

Australia Day is a celebration of place, but intuition isn’t bound by geography. Emotional energy doesn’t stop at oceans, time zones, or hemispheres. You can feel drawn to someone you’ve never met in person. You can sense something is off before a word is spoken. You can miss someone deeply, even when they’re thousands of miles away. That’s because connection isn’t physical…it’s energetic.

At Everclear, we see it every day. People reach out with questions about love, timing, destiny, and direction, often involving someone far away or a situation that feels just out of reach. Yet distance rarely weakens intuition. In fact, it often sharpens it. When you can’t rely on proximity, you rely on feeling. On subtle signs. On that inner knowing that refuses to be ignored.

Psychic insight works the same way. It doesn’t require you to be in the same room, city, or even country. Energy travels. Emotions echo. Patterns repeat across space and time. A skilled Advisor can tap into those currents and help you understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, no matter where life has placed you.

Today, as Australia celebrates identity, culture, and connection, it’s a reminder that clarity is universal. Wherever you are in the world, your questions still matter. Your intuition is still speaking. And insight is always closer than it feels.

Because when energy calls, distance doesn’t matter, only awareness does.

What Your Spirit Is Asking You to Release This Week

Sometimes the shift you’re craving doesn’t come from adding something new, but from finally letting something go. This week carries a quiet invitation to soften your grip. Not in a dramatic way, but through honest awareness of what you’ve been carrying longer than you need to.

Emotional weight builds slowly. Unspoken expectations, old disappointments, narratives we repeat because they feel familiar…over time, these inner burdens shape our choices without us even realizing it.

You may notice:

  • Tension without a clear cause
  • A sense of emotional fatigue
  • Feeling reactive instead of responsive
  • Replaying the same thoughts or memories

These are often signs that something is ready to be released, not pushed through. True release doesn’t come from willpower. It comes from understanding. You don’t need to cut ties, burn bridges, or reinvent yourself overnight.

If you feel unsure where to begin, ask yourself:What am I holding onto that no longer feels like truth? You don’t have to answer all at once. Just noticing what comes up is a form of release.

This week isn’t asking you to become someone new. It’s asking you to come back to yourself… lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

January Is A Good Time to Ask the Hard Questions

January has a reputation for fresh starts, vision boards, and bold declarations. But beneath the resolutions and optimism, something quieter is happening. This is the month when truth gets louder. The distractions of the holidays have passed. The noise fades. And suddenly, the questions you’ve been avoiding don’t feel so easy to ignore anymore.

January is a pause between who you were and who you’re becoming. You might notice yourself wondering:

  • Is this relationship still aligned?
  • Am I actually happy with the life I’m building?
  • Why do I keep feeling restless even when things look “fine”?
  • What do I really want?

These aren’t questions that come up when life is loud. They appear when there’s room to listen. January offers a rare opportunity to:

  • Reflect without pressure
  • See patterns clearly
  • Understand emotional undercurrents before they turn into frustration or regret

How to Hear Your Intuition at the Start of a New Cycle

Every new beginning asks for trust. Intuition often speaks quietly through feelings, patterns, or subtle nudges rather than loud certainty.

Today invites you to listen inward. Notice what feels expansive versus draining. Pay attention to repeated thoughts or moments that seem to gently catch your attention.

You do not need every answer yet. Staying connected to yourself is enough as this cycle unfolds.

Trust builds through attention, not pressure.

Intentions That Are Allowed to Change

Intentions are not contracts. They are living ideas that grow as you do.

As the first full workweek of the year begins, check in with what you set earlier this month. Does it still feel aligned, or does it need a small adjustment?

Flexibility is not failure. Especially at the start of a new cycle, awareness matters more than rigidity.

Small shifts in mindset or focus can create lasting momentum when they are rooted in self-trust.
